The Engine Behind the Influence.

The administrative platform where brands, agencies, and internal teams managed the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns. From creator selection and content approval to payments and performance tracking. The work spanned discovery, usability testing, and continuous iteration across a complex, high-volume environment.

The Problem

The platform needed to handle a wide range of scenarios simultaneously — different campaign types, approval flows, user roles, and large volumes of data — while remaining fast and clear under pressure. Usability issues around information hierarchy, filtering, and decision-making were scaling alongside the product, and the lack of a structured design process made it difficult to address them consistently or predict delivery.

The Approach

Discovery started with team immersion, workshops, and structured research to surface real operational pain points rather than assumed ones. Low-fidelity usability testing ran in continuous cycles — designing, testing, learning, and iterating — progressively simplifying complex flows across different user profiles.

Insights from the CS team, who operated campaigns daily at scale, informed recurring friction points around filtering and context switching. These qualitative signals were validated against quantitative data, grounding prioritization in actual behavior. Handoff was treated as part of the design process, with active implementation review ensuring consistency between intent and delivery.

The Outcome

The influencer search evolved into a decision-support tool, with visual-first hierarchy, a redesigned filtering system, and a campaign calculator built directly into the flow. The structured design process reduced ambiguity across squads, improved communication between design and engineering, and enabled faster, more confident iteration at scale.
