Led product design in a highly complex environment: multiple products, simultaneous squads, and a large volume of users.

When I joined Squid there was one designer, a fragmented style guide, and three products with no visual consistency. Over four years I turned that into a structured Design System, a DesignOps model running across five squads, and a culture where design had a real voice in product decisions.

When I joined Vitto there was no designer. I rebuilt the brand and product from the ground up: brand identity, product strategy, discovery, flow mapping, prototyping, usability testing, and UI — plus full front-end implementation.
